APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED FOR THE 2025-2026 YEAR

Every year, we recruit 2-3 editors among the SAIS student body who are committed to addressing serious and provocative topics in international development, climate and sustainability. The editorial team maintains the quality of the publication, improves content, and spurs growth in readership.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the international development space, such as NGO/non-profits, government, multilateral institutions, or related entities

  • Experience copy-editing scholarly articles in university or professional settings

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Basic understanding of or willingness to learn the Squarespace website building platform

  • Experience or interest in event planning is a plus

  • Degree concentration in Development, Climate and Sustainability is desired but not required
