Every year, Perspectives offers several opportunities to SAIS students.
Students can submit contributions to our running ‘Development, Climate, and Sustainability Blog,’ or publish articles in our annual issue. Students will get the chance to work one-on-one with an experienced editor to polish their work. Once published, their pieces reach an annual audience of over 10,000 readers, and stand as an example of their strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
Students can participate in our Annual Photo Contest, and submit up to 10 original photos for consideration. Their content is honored at our Annual Launch Event, and winners take home cash prizes.
Students can tune in to our affiliate podcast, The Hopkins Green Tea, or browse our ‘Doing Realistic Development Blog’ to gain access to insider insights from practitioners in the field.
Students can attend our two annual events, where we bring together expert panelists to discuss emerging issues, career development, & more.
