Zambia has made impressive strides in increasing access to basic sanitation services. The country’s adaption of a Community Led Total Sanitation approach has been a crucial aspect of the improvement. However, this approach is just one piece of a broader, nation-wide effort to shift the way sanitation is viewed and governed in the country.
